Teen French fails in groups and on worksheets. A 50-minute video call with one tutor — alongside school, not instead of it — is a different job. This is not entertainment for young children.

How a teen lesson runs
School topics, plus the oral they are avoiding. A pace that does not humiliate a shy teenager.

What teens actually need
Someone who will not talk over a quiet student. Alignment with what school is doing. Speaking — because orals appear whether the homework is done or not. English when it unblocks, French as the goal.
Parents on the call
For the free intro, a parent should be there. For weekly lessons, the student works with the tutor. We can send a short note after if you want that. The lesson itself is the student’s.
Ages we take
Teens and school-age students who can do 50 minutes on video. For younger children, tell us the age — we will say if it is the wrong format. We will not take a booking that is really a playgroup.
