Terms of service

These Terms govern use of the KSchool website and the tutoring we provide. The school is operated by Sarah Kassoul and Rayane Kassoul (“KSchool”, “we”, “us”).

By booking an intro or a lesson, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not book and do not use the site. If you book for someone else (including a child), you confirm you have authority to bind that person as well, and you remain the contracting client.

We provide live, 1 on 1 French tutoring online (video). Program names (FLE, FLS, FLI, Support) describe the focus of the hour. They are not a government enrolment, not a lycée place, and not an accredited diploma on their own.

• FLE is tutoring toward a language level. It is not a promise of a named CEFR certificate unless we separately agree exam prep for a stated paper.
• FLS is academic support around the French school system. We do not replace the school, set official grades, or guarantee a bulletin, oral, or exam result.
• Articles, timelines, and resources on this website are general information and study material. They are not a lesson, not a diagnosis of your level, and not a guarantee of how long you will take.
• Lessons are online only. We do not operate a walk-in school at a public street address listed on these pages.

You must be 18 or over to enter this contract. Students under 18 may attend only if a parent or guardian sends the booking, is the client, and is responsible for payment, conduct, and the child’s equipment and environment.

We may refuse or end a booking that is a poor fit (including requests we already describe as not for us), that is abusive, or that we cannot staff in good faith.

Intros and lessons are requested on WhatsApp (+357 94 311 133), not by card on this website. A WhatsApp message is a request. A slot is only booked when we confirm it.

• The free intro is 25 minutes, at no charge, with no obligation to continue. It is a fit and placement call, not a full paid lesson and not legal, school, or exam advice.
• Prices on the site are in euros and describe current public rates for the intro, a 50-minute lesson, and optional packs. We may change prices for future bookings. A price we have confirmed for a dated lesson or an unused pack already paid is the price for that booking.
• Pack of 5 lessons: use within 8 weeks of purchase unless we agree otherwise in writing. Pack of 10: within 16 weeks. Unused lessons in an expired pack are not automatically refunded.
• Payment is agreed on WhatsApp (for example a transfer). We may require payment before a paid lesson. This website does not collect card numbers.

• You may reschedule or cancel a paid lesson if you tell us at least 24 hours before the start time we confirmed. Later than that, or a no-show, and the lesson is due in full (or deducted from a pack).
• If we cancel, we will reschedule at no extra cost or refund that lesson’s fee if you prefer.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, we may treat the hour as missed. Time is not extended past the booked end.
• Connection: you are responsible for a working device, camera/mic as agreed, and a connection that can hold a video call. If the call fails on our side, we reschedule. If it fails on yours and we cannot usefully teach, the lesson may still be due.

• Lessons are typically on Google Meet or Zoom. Their terms apply to that product. We send the link when the slot is confirmed.
• Do not record, copy, or publish the lesson (video, audio, chat, or materials) without our written agreement. We will not record you without yours.
• Materials and notes we send are for your personal study. You may not sell them, publish them, or use them to run competing classes.
• Be civil. We can end a lesson immediately for harassment, hate, sexual content involving a minor, or anything illegal. That lesson is due, and we may refuse further bookings.

French takes hours of speaking. We teach in good faith. We do not guarantee a CEFR level, a DELF or school grade, fluency in a stated number of weeks, a job, a visa, or admission to any institution. Progress depends on attendance, work between lessons, and starting point. Website copy about “how long” is illustration, not a warranty.

The site, brand, text, and images are owned by us or licensed to us. You may browse and share links. You may not copy the site to run another school, scrape it to train a commercial model we have not allowed, or present our tutors or prices as yours.

The site is provided as is. It may be unavailable. We are not liable for third-party sites we link to (including WhatsApp).

We are responsible for teaching the booked hour with reasonable care. We are not responsible for your school’s decisions, exam boards, employers, immigration authorities, or for loss of profit, data, or opportunity, or for indirect loss.

If we are liable to you in connection with the service, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for lessons in the three months before the claim. That cap does not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else the law does not let us limit.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Australia, nothing in these Terms takes away rights you cannot legally waive (including the Australian Consumer Law). In those cases the Terms apply only as far as that law allows.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also use any mandatory court where you live.

We may update these Terms for new prices, tools, or law. The date at the top will change. The version in force when we confirm a lesson applies to that lesson. For notices: WhatsApp +357 94 311 133. Last updated 10 September 2026.

If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stays. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the agreement for the website and tutoring, unless we sign something else with you in writing.
